Summer is coming to the northern hemisphere. It’s a time when schools let out, people plan vacations to the mountains or the shore, and the pace seems to slow down as the weather warms up. Even the Awaken Your Wise Woman podcast will put new episodes on hold for a while. What about you? Are you able to take a break, to step out of the action and rest? To take time to meditate?
